What are blood sugar support supplements?
Typical formulas contain cinnamon, fenugreek, bitter melon, gymnema, berberine-type botanicals, chromium, magnesium and sometimes fibre such as glucomannan.
They are positioned as support for normal glucose metabolism, which is the only claim regulators permit.
