Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible: a name and a phone number when you submit an order form, and nothing else that identifies you. This page explains what happens to that information.

What we collect
- Order forms. Your name and phone number, plus the product and page you submitted from.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser user agent and referring page are transmitted with the request, as with any website visit.
- Nothing else. We do not ask for card details, bank details, identity documents, an email address or health information on this site.
Why we collect it
So that a representative can call you back to confirm your order — the product, the pack size, the total price and the delivery address. That is the only purpose.
Who it is shared with
Order details are transmitted to the partner network that operates the order line for the product concerned, and from there to the call centre and courier handling your delivery. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How it is protected
The form submits over an encrypted connection to a server-side endpoint. Credentials for the partner network are held only as server-side secrets and never appear in the pages you download or in any script running in your browser. A short-lived record of your phone number is kept to prevent duplicate submissions.
How long it is kept
Duplicate-prevention records expire automatically within minutes. Order records held by the partner network and the fulfilment operator are retained under their own policies for the period needed to complete and account for the order.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The only external resource loaded is a web font from Google Fonts, which is requested by your browser when a page loads.
Your choices
- You can decline the parcel on delivery at no cost, since payment happens on receipt
- You can ask the representative not to call you again
- You can write to us to request deletion of a submission at editorial@biomedic.africa
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will change and the new version will apply from that date.
