Editorial and corrections
editorial@biomedic.africa — for factual errors, outdated information, broken links and questions about how we reached a conclusion. Please include the page address and, where you can, the source that shows the correction.
What we can help with
- Correcting an error on a page
- Explaining how we assessed a piece of evidence
- Suggesting an ingredient, topic or country we should cover
- Telling us a retailer detail has changed
What we cannot help with
- Individual medical advice. Speak to a pharmacist or doctor. Our guide on when to see a pharmacist explains how to make that conversation useful.
- Order status, delivery or refunds. We are not the seller. Orders are fulfilled by the supplier and its call centre; raise it with the representative who called you.
- Reporting a counterfeit. Report it to your national regulator, who can act. See the list on our sources page.
For suppliers and retailers
If you are a manufacturer, brand or retailer and a page here contains an inaccuracy, write to the same address with the correct information and its source. We correct factual errors regardless of any commercial relationship, and we do not remove accurate information — including a note that a composition has not been published — on request.
