What this site is
BioMedic Africa is an independent publisher of consumer health and dietary supplement information for African readers. It is not a pharmacy, a clinic, a healthcare provider, a manufacturer, a medicines regulator or a retailer.
Not medical advice
BioMedic Africa publishes consumer health information and supplement research summaries. It is not a pharmacy, a clinic or a medicines regulator, and nothing here is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan. Dietary supplements are foods, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak with a pharmacist or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, living with a long-term condition, or taking prescription medication.
Orders and fulfilment
Where an order form appears on this site, the resulting order is fulfilled by a third-party supplier and its call centre and courier, not by BioMedic Africa. We do not hold stock, take payment, dispatch goods or process returns. The contract for any purchase is between you and the supplier, and questions about a specific order should be raised with the supplier’s representative.
Accuracy and change
We take care to be accurate and to date our information, but prices, availability, product formulations, retailer details and regulations change. Information here may be out of date by the time you read it, and it should be confirmed before you rely on it for a purchase.

We link to regulators, research databases, retailers and marketplaces. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their practices. A link is not an endorsement.
