How to Check Your Supplement Pack on Delivery: A Simple Two-Minute Method

Payment on delivery gives you a moment to look at your pack before you pay. A two-minute check — name, seal, batch, expiry — starts your course with confidence.

Start with the recommended route

The simplest route is the seller’s order page: you leave your name and phone number, an adviser calls to confirm the product, the pack size and the total price, and the parcel is delivered with payment on arrival.

The confirmation call is also the moment to ask about the daily dose and the ingredients, and to note anything you want to check with your pharmacist if you already take prescribed medication.

Keep the details from the call to hand

Write down what was agreed on the call. When the courier arrives, you can match the parcel against that note in seconds.

Check the pack in two minutes

With payment on delivery, you open the outer packaging and look at the pack before paying the courier.

Store it well from day one

Keep the pack in a cool, dry cupboard away from the cooker, the bathroom and direct sun, with the lid tightly closed and any desiccant sachet left inside. Keep it out of reach of children.

Note the date you start and keep the pack with its label, so the daily dose and batch details are always to hand.

If something does not match

If the product name, pack size or amount differs from what was agreed on the call, mention it to the courier before paying and call the order line — with payment on delivery, nothing is paid until the order matches what you agreed.

If you have started the product and feel unwell, stop taking it, seek medical advice and take the pack with you.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the seller’s order page the recommended route?

You get a confirmation call with an adviser, a clear total price before dispatch, and payment on delivery, so you see the pack before you pay.

What should I check first when the courier arrives?

The product name and pack size against your order, then the seal, the batch number and the expiry date. It takes about two minutes.
